I went on ptt just under 24 hours ago, i just decided to go bank my resources and somehow im not on ppt and my dual has been stolen, i didnt attack anyone to lose the ppt and i defiantly put it on as both my ppts have been used up

Email support@gatewars.com and explain the situation. Give them your ID and the dates/times of when the PPT started.

There has been another report of a similar case so maybe PPT is malfunctioning again like once before.

P.S. Your account was not hacked. If it was hacked and someone got in to it and ended your PPT then they would have had to do it by either attacking or spying someone. Clearly this was not the case, and therefore your claim of being hacked is wrong.

I didn't see him say anything about not spying anyone?

I dont think you were hacked...This issue happend to a member of Ricos DuckNDive, he was on ppt 5 mins later he gets massed...perhaps a bug

Even still it would not be a case of "hacking".

This is a fourth instance now where I know/heard from other people PPTs suddenly ending in the last month.

Happened to me a couple of weeks ago to. I was sure i had another day or so ..
But thought nothing of it as I didnt loose anything of intrest.

But next week, 2 other members had something simlair.

And now this ... I'm guessing something is bugged.

+1 same thing happend to me 2 weeks ago i lost 12 hours but didnt loes any thing. I presumed i had just miscalculated/forgot which day i went on

Happened to me a few months back.

Sorry for the late reply. there was no spying in logs during the time i should have been on ppt for nor was there any outgoing attacks

Then PPT could be buggy again. it needs to be mentioned to Jason for him to look at. If it's the same problem as before hopefully he'll identify it quickly.

Ok this has seriously pissed me off, 1 week later and its happened AGAIN this time i was set to ascend so i trained everything in order to get into 5gnr range, after this happening a week before i made sure that my ppt went it. just checked my account, my ppt was gone AGAIN and my account was destoried, i sent two emails to the admin last week and got no response, this is redicous.
