well I started playing origins today........and sadly I was disapointed.

is the admin active?

it should have some updates put it to increase the activty. I haven't seen more then 3 people online. the game has potential just needs tuned.


what are your opinions on updateing origins to try to get it an active game?

It's been this way for far too long and I agree with you.

Admin is around it's just most of his time is being spent on another project and due to the bad start Origins had there isn't much focus on it.

I've tried suggesting advertising to see if we can get a new player base in but it never seems to get past me posting that we need it to fuel the game.

Admin does need to do something about building a player base and then we can see where things go from there.

Origins is still the best hope we have in regards to a remake of the original game, with more fun as our experience grows.

I agree it has been far too long, and I really wish I had time to work on it. It's painful to see something that you created and worked so hard on getting up and running fade away like this. I cannot promise that I'll be able to spend time on origins in the near future. Even then if I do get time to spend on it it will most likely be my personal time rather than work time.

One day though I'll get a chance to work on origins.

I think the thing most people wait for (I do at least) is the research option for stronger weapons than current ones.
