Questions not answered by the FAQ's

I've been putting all my $ into planet building and income so I can start converting $ into LFC. Cache fills so slowly, what are the ways I can speed this up? I know I get LFC when my physical account ascends but what else can I do, upgrades are so expensive? Thanks

Farm DMU, use the "Market" to convert your DMU into LF :smt047

I've been converting, the ratio is pathetic. Is there another way to increase it besides the hopeless upgrade? On a side note, does the number of ascension points I get per turn go up every time I ascend in main? 14 a turn is kind of small.

The 2 levels you want to build on are Maximum Natural Energy Capacity and Energy Flow

This will help your LF naturally generate quicker, while making it larger.

Ascension points are unfortunately hopeless, farming the DMU is by far the quickest way to upgrade....how many planets do you have in total? and what's the avg hit for DMU you make?

Well while I'm on my 4th ascension I neglected ascended server until 2 1/2 days ago. I had a ton of AP when I started though. Cosmic Expansion Rate- 34,847,856 planet/day and income is 135,310,098,150 DMU. My charisma and production enhancements are both over 900 and all other stats are above 360. 49m planets atm.

Your key is CER, so keep building those MNEC levels and fleet.

Let your planets build for a few days for growth, and you'll find you'll be able to hit a lot bigger people (with the 5x rule) a lot of these people with have 0 def, and you'll find your own income suddenly becomes irrelevant ;-)

Once you start farming that DMU, then look at the top 2 defence levels under power up,as well flow and repulsion...while all the time building MNEC :-D

In time you will want a decent TOC...which are the top 2 attack levels + again MNEC...but until your account is defended well you can forget these levels for now

Oh, I don't attack very often. I put my effort into production and upgrades. That reminds me, why the hell is there no "bank" feature? What is CER and MNEC?

CER = Cosmic Expansion Rate. Need Charisma and Fleet to build (ascended UP)

MNEC = Maximum Natural Energy Capacity. Needed to build TOC (for descending) LF levels and reserves

Correct there is no bank...but since nearly everything is brought with LF, just convert nearly all DMU you make.

Fleet, Arming weps and training planets do need DMU though

About descending, is it a serious risk? How best can I prevent it, build a large def and covert? What is TOC, I'm not up on all the acronyms yet? Thanks

To prevent yourself being descended as a new player...you need to keep checking back on your account every 9 hours (at least) For you to be descended an opponent has to take all your LF away, including reserves. To defend against it you need to make sure your reserves are always topped up.

An attacker can only kill 1/3 of your LF+Reserves every hit, and they can only hit every 3 hours, so you need to make sure your account regenerates either naturally or with you converting DMU to LF reserves.

TOC is your Total Offensive Capacity = you ability to descend people...if at this time you have no interest in that, I would forget this for now.

Despite what many will try telling you, there are not many people that are randomly descended, as with everything if you take careful considerations who you're hitting on both servers you can go unnoticed long enough to make your account solid.

Good to know.

On another note my influence power fluctuates dramatically up and down despite me gradually becoming more powerful. It goes between 43 trillion and 3 billion from one turn to the next. Any idea why this is?

I know this isn't strictly ascended related but its a bit confusing. While I've been training UU as income troops on main my bank capacity has been growing WAY bigger and faster than it should be. Last turn I trained the few UU I had out (less than 9k) and my capacity shot up by 4 trillion. Any ideas, not that I'm complaining?

Likely a bug from a new update.
