Just thought I would post this in case anybody is interested.
For those who were a part of Mad-FX as well as others, there is a forum here for sig making and other artistic endeavors that has the same general feeling and intentions as Mad-FX did.
MasterWorks (for anybody who may have been around long enough to know MW) is of course no longer running but their home forum still is and AE, a group similar to MasterWorks, is just getting its beginning there.

Many design resources there, and a new large three-site resource pack is soon to be released as well.
