What is the deal with the perg limitations.

I am not very happy about the fact that I can't enter it for one, and someone with a level 39 covert can come and go as long as they are 40mil or under.....not fair in wars.
Also, if you chase someone who runs, they cant be massed with only 15 attacks a day.
Needs changed imo.

What 39 ran to perg under 40 mill during a war? :S
It's meant for newbies to catch up, and while players who aren't new can still use it there's no convenient way to block that out. If you have one please provide one.

Exactly my point. Perg should be for all and any. If you don't wanna play then vac mode. It's easy to catch up. I just did it in less than a month got to Prince of Timeless from raiding and buying a shell, never went to perg.

ya see exactly lets just get rid of perg altogether.
