Alliance Repairs working when not in alliance for 5 days

Alliance Gifts
* Must be in alliance 5 days for gifts to work on you. Just a small snippet from the Game Updates page. Seems like a bug to me.
Tested earlier today and confirmed that alliance repairs are working when not part of alliance for 5 days.
