Counter Intelligence agents, that only work in defence, but for that their power is increased.

That would only work if we went for the 'Linked Stats' suggestion, Att/Def linked, and Spies/Superspies linked, otherwise the 'train spies/ACers, sab/AC & untrain' will continue.

Sabbing was fine as it was, why not tackle snipers that damage there attack so you cant sab there tiny defense? Maybe if someone has damaged attack weapons you take a much bigger chuck per sab regardless of how many they have.

Isn't this in effect? Whereby sabbing does damage based on the health of the weapon. so 1 full health weapon, or 2 50% damaged ones for the same power? Or am I mistaken?

I believe (but I could be wrong) that the strength of the weapons only dictates which weapons will be destroyed first rather than how many would be destroyed.

yes it dictates how many are destroyed, but unless there is huge damage to the attack if doesn't make much of a difference
