About a year or two ago admin created a sort of fail safe for these kind of events to avoid the server to crash due to 'a farmfest' (yes it crashed back then after a server wide PPT). Basicly, only a part of the accounts come off PPT every turn.

But it didn't drop off PPT 3-15min after turn change...
