Tho from what i got, Nella seem's to be admitting to using a multi account to play around with?

Perhaps ask for a vendetta with the main acc and see if you can get the name?

I've seen this Nella dude in our logs, acting much like a planet stealer multi of the old days. I PMed him few weeks ago asking who he/she was, and never got a reply.

He does extorsion from this PM he sent you, it seems.

Who's saying this bit "2tril naq plus 4 mil units. then i will stop."? Because it looks like one message but you say it is a message you sent. Are there two messages there?

That whole message is from nella, I sent them one saying stop hitting me and my officers planets.

Ok because it was slightly confusing that you said "I think nella is a multi because of the message I sent him" then you posted a copy of a message underneath.

Anyway, i do as the other guy said and try and get a vendetta with his other account, not that he's like to agree.

I sent him a msg saying I would give him 10X the amount he asked for if he could beat me in a vendetta using his main.

-A cheater (spare account, probably means there is at least another one)
-A coward (has fun with this account but not the other[s], as he probably shakes in his boots in fear to be involved into something serious with main account)

If he gets banned does my officer get his planet back?

He is a funny South African; I think.

It doesn't matter whether he might be an extortionist or a coward, they are both types of legitimate gameplay. let's focus on the fact he might be a multi.

A possible multi for him is 1927327 as he has the name of nellas ascended account
