Looking for a sig

As I don't have the PS program in this computer, and thus cannot make properly a sig, I'm asking if anyone would be nice enough to make me one.
Content: Not necessarily animated, but won't mind if it is.
Lt. Templeton "Faceman" Peck as character in the sig. (preferably the one from the 2010 movie, but won't mind the one from the series) If needed I can provide images.
Background: Desert with some cactus and maybe some sort of town behind (whether it's ghost abandonned town or a Phoenix/Dallas-like city doesn't matter)
