At the market it says you can get 1/2 of the 20$ donation thing. What does htat mean exactaly? Do you get the ability to transfer troops and such and do oyu get the protective planets treaty? Thanks for your time.

It means that you have to do a 2x trade to get ss. If you get ss through the market you get the ability to trade and ppt, but you don't get ant of the other bonuses.
