Got it once since i started playing and that was a 'GET A LIFE!' 'GO OUTSIDE!' call to me, maybe you two should do the same

It normally reminds me to go to the toilet and get something to eat (not necessarily simultaneously)

Why not? Grab a sandwich, take your laptop with you and re-logon in the bathroom ;-)

Few years ago I got that very frequently, several times a week, but now it's a rare occurrence, boredom usually kicks me out first.

Yeah, recently I hit that message 4x in a day...it reminded me to get off and do something
