upload it to an image hosting website (eg. http://www.villagephotos.com) and select the correct link and paste it into your profile

Let me explain a need and a want.
A want is somthing you do not need...
This is a WANT, and you do not need to double post/bump it
Upload your pic to an image server or a webhost, geocities is good.
then just type in the url and presto.
There is a sticky about this aslo... try looking there

you need the [img][/img] tags between the link to make it visible as an image
