Mathlord perma covert phased?

Several people have been trying to sab Mathlord for hours now and he has been covert phased the whole time. How his account is set up is asking for a sab but, it appears he is covert phased constantly. We know hes not being sabbed as his weapon count has remained the same. Is this perhaps a bug?
Thanks!

Indeed it has me very interested :p
Flaunting that sexy strike without me being able to sab (have tried the last 3 turns to sab now) is just mean lol. Have been keeping an eye out as well and he hasnt lost 1 weapon.
has my eyes open indeed

Unsuccesfull sabbs by alliance mates? Just to keep him phased, tactic used for a while now

Massing without the risk of being sabbed, give it a try

to the best of my knowledge scar admin removed the ability to covert phase people using Unsuccesfull sabbs

I actually tested this and unsuccesful sabs do not count.

Okay so if you have war declared with someone, you can sab more than if you don't have war declared. So say I have war declared with Mathlord, I can sab him say 30 times. If Odin did not have war declared he could sab him just 15 times for instance.
I go ahead and sab him 30 times until he phases then I go offline.
Every turn, the number drops by one, so say it was at 30, it will go down to 29 and so on each turn.
Obviously until that number goes down to 14, Odin will not be allowed sab him, but after a couple of turns I would.
I hope that makes sense, the numbers aren't exactly correct but that is the idea.
EDIT: And to answer the part about how he was covert phased by alliance, he let them sab him successfully with a low amount of weapons and then built up, that is my guess. Either way someone sabbed him successfully a lot of times with a war setting.

Has anyone asked Mathlord if he knows what's going on with his sab/account?

If he was around he would have been asked, seeming as he currently is not we are brain storming with the community members that are online.

This is likely what it was. You can get sabbed with war/war enough that it doesn't let you get sabbed by anyone without war/war as you are basically double phased.
