Miner Problem

I am training miners but my bank size isn't increasing.

Bank sizes are the size of your next covert level.
IE, you have covert 30 and it costs 6.3 tril for 31...then your bank size is 6.3 tril.

This, however it is a minimum of your next covert level. So it won't increase until it is above that minimum from miners.
