I was given a warning which I consider to be unfair. Here's the dispute between me and mod Psyko.

Also, I would like to mention that I've seen worse posts or pictures posted that were not moded and/or the authors warned, but it's not my job to point fingers, I only want justice.

The watermark on the left that you mention is very unclear, i could read only a part of it and only after i rotated and magnified the picture... i have the url and it is NOT a porn site link, it is a blog that doesn NOT have porn materials.

Actually, that is not pretty clearly a pornographic material. It depends on how much porn one has seen in his life to see in that picture a "Sexually explicit pictures, writing, or other material whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal."

I think that my warning is unfounded. Care to remove it?

The URL of the original photograph is from a porn website and is written on the left side of the image. Also, the poorly painted snakes are pretty clearly covering pornographic material. The pornographic content is too obvious to ignore in this case, as other members had already posted on what the real image was.

Thanks to everybody who sent me the image... and those snakes are clearly.. well, not snakes. Some clever so and so has used some sort of paint like program and substituted what was there originally for poorly dubbed blocks of colour. Despite their cunning deception, it is remarkably obvious to all but the dimmest of us what the 'snakes' originally were. The fact the young lady is in clear distress merely serves to make the image all the more disturbing. Still, different folks, different strokes. Whatever turns you on, and all that.

But yes, I'd have warned you for it.

As I said in my reply to thread before it was moved, it appeared to me as an obvious poor editing from a porn image, where the woman seem to be abused (look at her face..).

It was a girl who is crying and some persons are trying to indulge her. The edit is made in such a way that only pervs could think of that as a porno image. =)
