Also, I would like to mention that I've seen worse posts or pictures posted that were not moded and/or the authors warned, but it's not my job to point fingers, I only want justice.

Actually, that is not pretty clearly a pornographic material. It depends on how much porn one has seen in his life to see in that picture a "Sexually explicit pictures, writing, or other material whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal."
I think that my warning is unfounded. Care to remove it?Psyko wrote:Nigatsu_Aka wrote:How is that a sexually explicit picture, or writing?Psyko wrote:The following is a warning which has been issued to you by an administrator or moderator of this site. This is a warning regarding the following post made by you: viewtopic.php?f=242&p=2349775#p2349775 .
Violation of Rules Section 5d:
d. Pornographic and criminal content.
Posting anything of a pornographic nature is not permitted on the SGW forums. Pornographic being defined as: Sexually explicit pictures, writing, or other material whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal (dictionary.com). The SGW forums are not the place for discussing or facilitating criminal activity. This includes arranging to carry out a crime or the posting of illegal images (including copyrighted property).
The URL of the original photograph is from a porn website and is written on the left side of the image. Also, the poorly painted snakes are pretty clearly covering pornographic material. The pornographic content is too obvious to ignore in this case, as other members had already posted on what the real image was.

I stand by my original opinion. If you would like the warning removed, consult the Ombudsman.
