Just curious, I know some players are to young to drive, but we have many nationalities, many ages, a wide range of poor to rich, in short great diversity here. You can tell a lot about someone by their car, everything from taste to practicality....
So what do you own now, and what have you owned ( Be honest, I dont want a bunch of muppets claiming they have Ferrari's )
My current car is a VW Golf Mk2 ( 1.6 Driver edition ), a 20 year old classic hot hatch

Car history ( cant remember the order )
2x Ford Fiesta 1.1 mk2
Ford Fiesta 1.3 mk2
Ford Fiesta 1.4S mk2
Ford Fiesta 1.4 Flight mk3
Ford Fiesta 1.3 mk3
Ford Escort 1.6 mk3
Ford Orion 1.3 mk1
2x Ford Orion 1.6 mk1
Austin Maestro 1.6 Vanden Plas ( I put a MG body kit & alloys it lol )
Vauxhall Frontera 2L 4x4
Mazda 323F 1.4 Limited Edition Hatch back version
VW Golf 1.4 Rabbit Mk2
VW Golf 1.6 Driver Mk2
Peugeot 206 1.4
Peugeot 309 1.6
Pretty sure Ive missed some out, cant remember them all right now but Ive gotten through quite a few, some owned for only a few weeks, some for years, all were over 5 years old ( could buy new on finance but I dont like debt so only buy for cash, also I prefer older cars with character ), only 3 were written off lol
EDIT
Also had a Honda 100S motorbike ( Was clear from the moment I got on it one of us was going to die, luckily I killed it before it could kill me )

I'll post pics later but I'm 21, here we get drivers license 17 and I've had 7 cars.
First car - Toyota Corolla XLi (my dad gave me one cheap car to try out the first month, when my license was still fresh)
Second car, Subaru Impreza (with a alot of modifications)
Third car, Honda Civic VTi hb (also a lot of modifications)
4th Car - Subaru Impreza WRX 2.0L TurboCharged MY03 (bugeye)
5th car - Subaru Impreza WRX 2.0L TurboCharged MY05 (blobeye)
6th car - Ford F150 Lariat '05 - with borla exhaust system, standalone computer, chiptuning, K&N cold air intake and much more)
When I had owned the pickup for a couple of months I felt I still needed a sports-car on the side, so I begged my dad to allow me to have two cars (I'm a bit of a daddy's boy)
So he went with me and I got :
7th car - Subaru Impreza GT 2.5L TurboCharged MY00 (but with a 2007 WRX engine and apexi boost controller) - damn that car was fast.
Sold it a short while ago and now only drive the F150, my baby.

WOW very tasty selection of very sporty cars, and at your age the insurance costs must be horrific. Always preferred the hot hatches to big sports cars myself, they are more suited to the roads here in Wales.
Im 35, passed driving test at 18 ( 1st time ) but was driving for a year before passing ( naughty I know but was young & dumb ), so driving for 18 years. I think at least 1/2 the cars I owned were in the 1st 5 years, after that they started to last longer and longer.

Actually due to me still having 0 car accidents I've got full bonus and one extra bonus as well. So my insurance is like 40-45 pounds per month.
And thanks, aside from the corolla I loved those cars. I'll without a doubt buy another Impreza one day. Or try Evolution - and I prefer the AWD sports cars because then you can have so much fun in the snow/ice as well

I got 13 years no-claims bonus and pay almost as much on my little Golf ( about £35pcm ), guess a lot of it comes down the area you live in as well as the car & driver. Had several 'accidents' but the ones claimed on were not my fault, last one was 2 years ago when I was stationary at a junction and van drove straight into the back of my lovely little Mazda at 30mph, instant w/o. Some were kinda my fault like turning off a gritted road onto an ungritted icy one and sliding into a garden hedge lol but never claimed or reported it.

Awww Fem, those are terribly practical and unexciting cars, but it's so cute that you name them
Funny enough my baby sister used to call one of my cars Kacy since those were the letters on the numberplate. When I took her out she always asked if we were going in Kacy

Insurance here in the UK is a major issue, they seriously take the &%$* out of us, I once test drove an Alpha which was for sale for £1000 and the insurance quote was over £5000. Didnt buy that one and was gutted, but I was like 18 or 19 at the time and before the UK became the most watched 'big brother' style CCTV nation in the world me and my mates did a lot of road racing.
As for naming cars, errm, it cute when Fem does it, you as a bloke not so much. The only acceptable name for a bloke to give a car is 'General Lee'

Sad to hear about your horrible insurance companies. I'm not saying their perfect here, far from it. But ours are far better then what I hear about yours from my British friends.

I think more men do it then will admit it though *lol*

lol i name my car. it alternates though, depending on how much of a stupid mood i'm in. sometimes it's bob, jim, jeremy, jack (no relation to a certain resident texan), or if i'm not really in such a retarded mood, it's Maggie. (being a Mitsubishi Magna.)
maggie.... magna..... eh, this joke is over.
but eh. it's a 1997 TE magna with a 3.0L 6G72 V6. theyre great cars, despite the common issues associated with older australian mitsubishi's. the car didnt sell too well after the older magnas issues (namesake association etc), but the ones that did sell are still great cars, and are quite cheap to own, register, insure, buy fuel and get parts for despite the big old V6. and theyre decently reliable too.

Nah Im not into auto-erotica. General Lee is only acceptable because of the Dukes, everyone my age when a child swore we would one day drive that car, hell a kid me and my mates jumped into my mums Capri Laser through the windows, was the closest thing we could find to a Charger lol

I think lots of men talk to their cars, things like 'come on baby, dont do this to me' when it wont start, or 'come on you can do, just a little more' when clocking it ( getting the speedo to go past the higher speed on it ), but naming them nah, well I never have.

Sorry mate, I have no idea what that car is, and I'd much rather stick to my sterotype dillusion that all aussies drive MadMax style Falcon GTs through the desert or Yutes, not really sure what a Yute is either but always makes me smile when hammed up assie accents say 'aint my yute a bute' lol
Pretty sure a yute is short for Utility Vehicle, flatbed ( UK ) or pickup ( US ), no offense, just having a giggle. Now stick another Roo steak on the barbi & toss me a tinny lol You guys must hate what Neighbours did to you, teenagers all over the world think Assies are like that
Does everyone here watch Top Gear ( BBC car show ) ? Im sure it's exported
