Curry Pizza

Two of the greatest foods ever, but will they work together ???
I have some Chicken Madras left over, not enough for a meal
Also have some mini-pizza's
Now if I cook the curry on the pizza will I make the most awesome snack ever, or just ruin my leftovers ????
Has anyone tried this before ? If yes what were the results ?

There is such a thing as curry pizza, I've had it it's great. THOUGH, I have no idea how Chicken Madras will work out, good luck

It basically had bbq chicken and some sauce on it, not sure if it holds true to what Mezz was about to try

cook the pizza and make a bit of curry sauce when it is ready. Just use powder curry and mix with boiling water and pour over the pizza

Well what I tried was
Mini-Pizza's
Leftover Chicken Madras heated in Microwave
Cooked mini-pizza 3/4 way, then put the Chicken Madras on top and put back in the oven to finish
Actually tasted very nice, the pizza base takes some off the burn out of the madras like nam bread would.
But afterwards my stomach was making gurgling and tortured cat type sounds
I would not recommend you try this unless you have a cast iron gut

On another note, eggs, beer, apples and milk don't really work together. Take my word for it!

I don't think that'd work out too well...
