If there are no complains on forums, the mods have nothing to work with. So really, it's the community's fault at that point.
Mods should respect a community that doesn't make real complains when they have them? That's funny.
seriously ... the amount of complaints that go unheard ... why would people waste there time
we have moderators that abuse the job they have been given, for example i have reported one a while back, i msg'd 2 other mods they agreed that it was a bit dodgey and recomended that i wait for the reply of the mod in question i got no reply.
so i msg'd the other 2 mods again, and NOTHING HAPPEND you know why ... because the mod who had abused his power, had been on the moderator panel for long enough for people to let it go.... complete and utter waste of time.

And you didn't bother making a topic here? Or in the ombuds section?

Yes, the zero complaints that go unheard, It's simply a wonder.

No, so basically you gave up and did nothing. What you NEEDED to do was message his Global Mod (Section Leader) and if after that point you were not satisfied I would've recommended making a topic here, and also perhaps messaging the Admins (or the one you get along with best).

i did msg a global mod, they were on of the people i msg'd. i got told to wait his reply.
the only mod who has consitantly seem fair is haz, dont know why hes warned me many times, the reason i think he is better than most is because he is not part of a large alliance, and therefore has minimal reasons to be bias to another

This. Also, it is possible that the mod you had PMd was not available, on vaca, didn't have net, etc. You'd then still need to go through the process EMP outlined.

Well in my experience, sometimes I read a PM and then just forget about it and never reply. Then with no notification to bring it up again I never reply... you should've messaged them again.
Like I said though you should've made a topic here. I try to reply and be helpful to everyone who makes one here, I can't speak for any other Mod though.
Dastupy replied to Seaanyboy, if he still isn't happy about the results of talking to him then he should talk to Noobert I think it is (Dastupy's boss).

if my memory is correct i msg'd the mod in question once before asking for a reply, then i msg'd 2 other mods one being a general mod, and then sent another to the mod in question again.
and i know they were available, as i saw them online ingame and on the forum.
i believe one of the mods words about the mod was "they have been known to be slow msg'ing back" hence my second msg to remind them.

If you had an issue with the situation and your replies or lack there of you should have posted and gotten in contact with Ifrit or myself, which would have brought the issue to the eyes of us Ombudsmen.I wish everyone would just take a chill pill....can there not be one topic that does not involve talk of "Mod bias"? I'm not going to add gas to this flame fest like a 2 year old.

Well guild, why not try out the ombuds section instead of being biased towards mods?

I split the posts here.
Since you brought it up, would you like to help us all and bring the complaint to light?

So you are going to the Ombs
before going to the Mods/GMs/Admin. Is it really that difficult of a protocol to follow?

Now you are adding that you brought it up to an Admin. You had not said as much before. You said you believed one of the people you contacted may have been a GM but that would depend on if your memory was correct. You don't want to go through the "hassle" of finding the PMs, so how are we to know who exactly you contacted since it's all based on memory and this is the first time you claim to have also contacted an Admin.
I'm sorry for not having all the facts, as it seems you are making them up as you go along. Or maybe remembering them as things progress.
