You cant expect to get unlimited usage unless your paying for such access and have a connection that can handle such usage.
Whining about connection capacity is just the telecoms' bull **Filtered** way of arbitrarily restricting supply so that it does not meet demand. This way they can increase prices and thus their profits.
Sprint has true unlimited usage. As you can see from my photo more or less. If I were to go with AT&T's "unlimited" plan, it would cost more and have a 2GB cap. By the end of my billing period(in 7 days) I would have easily surpassed the AT&T cap by a factor of 5. So this how "pay for what you get" crap is just that, CRAP.
It's time for telecoms to start upgrading their infrastructure. Most of the tools and supplies needed, like fiber optic lines, already exist. All they need to do is connect to them. Despite what they might say, it would not cost them that much money. At worst it would cut into their profits a little, but at no time would it cause a loss. Hell in a lot of cases, it'll more than likely cause a surge in profits. After all, there are many cities where you can't even get DSL. Not because there are no DSL providers in that area, but because DSL has a limited number of connections. And they have met their capacity.
