Ok, we decided to watch that movie, despite it being in german... fortunately we could get hold of English subtitles...
Fairly decent movie so long as you can penetrate the language barrier. Not the best one out there, but neither is it a waste of time...
It had a interesting mix of classic and new as to how humans turn vampire.

Interesting, though TBH films have to be exceptional for me to put up with subtitles, Im talking Das Boot & Battle Royal good.
Is this worth the subs ???

well, the cover is misleading, Magni. Unless we paid really poor attention, that is...
Since we didnt like Das Boot all that well (after getting to see it 3 times in too short time period or so), we cant really compare it.
We at least weren't bored by it, and the filming quality was decent, so we'd say its worth the subbing...
It did help us on liking it that we listened to the dialogue to practice our german. (since its 3 years since we last had use for our german, its rather rusty)

maybe I should watch it since I can watch it without subtitles
I'm usually not too much into vampire movies but I'll probably give this one a chance, the trailer was quite interesting

we could've watched it without english subtitles, but not too easily... even having had 5 years of german, we're missing a lot of knowledge... Maybe we'll watch it again later with german subtitles to see what we understand?
