Every time he masses you tell me and I'll pay you what you lost. Naturally I'll want proof like this pic every time.
But if I were you i'd join an alliance. Hidden Village Empire for example

Name Aslan rings a bell....I seem to remember him popping up in alliance logs stealing the odd planet every now and then. Bit of a troll probably

Twice, I've attempted to ascend, getting just in the 1400's and was fine with that, so I could give my allies my Naq and uu because the account was for roleplay. So is this how you guys treat all new players? I'm less than a week old, and in my first 2 days, this guy gave me a 10 page mass.
I only attack/farm inactives, that's all, I never dare to take on the head honcho's, because A I don't need to, and B I don't need to become a target.
So at this point, even though it's not against the rules, the only way I'll be able to play is if a Mod/Admin interferes, as I can seriously do nothing. He's said it's all for fun to just mass me every couple of days. So even if I build up a massive defense, he just waits 5 minutes and builds his Attack units up more and begins massing me.
At this point, I have to quit. There's no whining or ragequiting about it. I'm told to wait it out, and build my defenses again. Well, when I do, I'm massed for at least 2-3 pages, or more.

mods and admins can't do anything to help you, It is a war game afterall.
Get yourself a good CO and join a strongish alliance (saftey in numbers) don't train what you can't afford to lose. Hang in there

Correct sentiment, incorrect representation of facts.
The reason mods and admins cannot do anything to help Tikshi is not because it is a war game, but because the forums and the game are separate.

ascending for the first time is difficult due to the amount you need top put into unreasonable places to get the rank you need. spend as much time as possible on ppt, and put most of your stats into attack, with smaller amounts in covert and defence and any spare naq into ms if you are struggling to keep your rank where it needs to be. then send your mothership out to look for planets to keep it safe from damage.

Join an alliance like HVE tis awesome!!! It is a war game after all so you are going to find people like that, pretty disappointing that people like that can almost force out new players.

The best thing to do with your MTs is to buy personal turns. It's not worth buying PPTs because your income is small and your stats too insignificant. Just attack a few inactive players and you can be back in the g&r range without problem. You'll only need about 100k units in attack/defense and 400k spies at level 23-24 covert... it's easy to get in top 1600. That's all you need to ascend.
