Seems like this is happening to alot of people, i saw a member whilst browsing the ranks with a rank 0? but is clearly active on ppt but not vacation lol?

You're certainly not the only one. Both woody1 (https://talk.gatewa.rs/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=185960) and dazman (https://talk.gatewa.rs/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=185990) have similar problems, as do I.

This is slightly annoying as I had been hoping to start getting some G&R around now towards ascension but, due to the bug, I think it's preventing that from happening.

Obviously not the biggest issue right now but one worth addressing as/when. Hopefully it's been spotted and put in the "to do" pile.
