Logging In Ascended account

I got there and it will load but i get a weird message
When I go to the page
than exit the little box and on the log in page looks normal but by the numbers I see this for the numbers
After I tried to log
Additional Info: Win7 32bit system, tried in firefox and chrome both got the same errors
