coming up for my first competitive fight in Thai boxing, half way through my fight camp and looking forward to it,

Anyone else on here take part in competitive MMA or anything like it ??

cool, was just wondering if it was as popular as I think its getting apart from the nergative news last week of 7 year olds cage fighting !!!

Maybe wrong in this, but I seem to remeber Ryuujin Jakka mentioning that he was a fighter. :P

i did boxing for about 4 and a half had years had a few fights, was good but something i grew out of but still tought me some discipline and self defence ive been wanting to get into muay thai but my fiance thinks its too violent, i think its my kinda sport, anyone on here ever watch ufc??? gotta love it

i done boxing for a bit but thai boxing is much better i think, more choice in it , I guess it hurts a bit more since theres more to be hit but its still pretty awesome !!

If i could give any advice Id give it a try !

He says he is a pro cage fighter.

He has no injuries on any of his facebook so Im not sure how true it is.

i havent fought pro but i had broken ribs, nose stiches in my eye and a few other bits and bobs but wouldnt change it for the world !!

I do brazilian Jui Jitsu but im kinnda crap at it and it hurts way more, before you know it your having a wee sleep on the mat with this martial art

krav maga, thats advertised up my way as something the israeli secret service uses and they all ran about playing with rubber guns and knives !

I believe it's considered the most realistic martial art, developed especially for all purpose use. And yes, a wide range of police and military services teach and use it.

i think the guy up here is on the wind up, u got loads of over weight guys and gals running around with fake guns and stuff ! I guess if it was done properly it would be good

It is true my son

Just because your fighter doesnt mean you go and post all your fights or injuries on face book... He does have a life

I never trained with live guns but the knives certainly weren't fake.

there defo all rubber here !! youd do more damage throwing them....... might be the same where u are but most there seem to think by doing this there invincible, this can cause more problems than anything !
