turns are not being added to my account

is there a reason my turns are not counting up ? ive had 8748 for last 8 hours and none have been added ? also naq is not adding on properly ?

At 5,000, you do not get any more....only way to get more is to buy more..up to 10,000 or drop below 5000 to get more.

the naq per turn i have is over ten billion per turn i left the computer for several hours earlier and came back and only had 4 turns worth of naq clarkey dunno what happened ? seems fine now
