Inactivity...

I've been here , and I never EVER saw this forum as calm as it is now.

Old days posts flew over the place now if ur lucky u see 1 new post every 10-15 min.
Ingame it's even worse old days u had 500+ people play at the time.

now 130 Players on if ur luck 15 more.

People selling up accounts etc etc.

So whats up , nice discussion...

Its not a matter of general inactivity, my alliance's forum is crawling with new players.


This community is toxic, it is full of trolls that don't give a damn about anything.
It is going to get smaller and smaller as people get tired of it and move on, where a simple fix would be for said trolls to just learn to shut up or dial it back a bit. But that won't happen.
New people don't stay, because of the mechanics/gap they need to cross to catch up and because of the people playing the game. I've seen more people quit because of other players than I have seen quit because of the game itself, many more...

Totally. That sums up the situation perfectly.

That remains a mystery to me why some people feel like being harsh to newcomers is "cool", maybe is there a sociologic explanation to that...or just for the sake of trolling new people and mock their lack of knowledge of the game? (to make self feel tough or something??)

I cannot know for the latter possible reason, considering I don't behave like this..

But it isn't only the forums that getting the punch its ingame aswell.

Anyways ; This has been sed 2 years ago with the currently things going here , HOW people organize wars , random masses , rude behaviour , ABSOLUTLY no respect whatsever.

that this game would go downhill in notime...

Its we that need to draw people in , cus if u want to be on ur own u might aswell ask a private server to jason for u and ur account in a year

to survive a game a new player have to be smart , recognize the powers and focus in his grouth. i ve seen some players moaning i ve been massed , who havent been?

the problem is the new players dont have an orientation from the game it self. its all strange for them until they can realize the forum can help and alliances as well.

The forums don't help thats the problem.

The Black market everthing is changing to cash that doesn't help newcomers either.

The armysizes getting bullock doesn't help either.

The futher acsension jason put in montion doesn't help either.

And than you have something like this "No problem a newcomer can do it IF hes smart"

till the newcomer farmed 100 mill UU in matter of speaking the gaints are at 600+ and so on.

to end the funny story this game is running at its end cus every update will always benefit the strong

If u ask me remove the cash options , let people start with a LG account with a roughly 50 mill army and u'll se people will be tempted to learn the game.

but this is one of the subjects we can speak mothns of , but we have to see the fact that this game is no longer attractive for new generation of players.

to make this game intresting is to let the newcomers start with something bigger

@ SS man the forum is made by wise and not wise ppl , from age of 14-50. u cant except them all to be wise otherwise what wise means

even those that dont mess wit new players could not have the same attitude everyday. personally speaking i ve massed little guys only when they have mouthed and personally insulted me.
im saying if one likes the game and want to prosper then he knows how to. i ve played my 1 year without causing any trouble just learning and trying to rise while i see some new ones that get massed 2-3 times and come in forum just to have their first post/thread like: "Im being massed" instead of asking for infor , aliance, friendship etc. well i bleive their are ex players

@ Ercury, this game was more harder 2-3 years ago man, resources were so hard to find and for a naq hit u get massed or even an alliance war so dont cry too much. today the game offer lot of resources if u are active. there are more ppl selling resources then consuming them.

ill giv eu an example. straight after the server came back for 2 days i raided 300m uu, from several accounts , well i had the advantage that some inactives had bit more uu than the normal but u can raid 200m in a month considering u ve to pay the ats. play smart and u ll succeed

I wanne see more people cus it has go downhill.

I perhaps could create a new allaince and give advice to those that are new for example.

man the game died when the show died too. today ppl play and fight just cuz they were used to it. they dont give a damn anymore.

It's a not a new or sudden phenomenon, and it surprises me that some of the people in this thread, whom I'd ordinarily have considered to be somewhat intelligent, are claiming so.
