If he isn't guilty, he's not doing things properly to appear innocent...that is not something you would expect from someone who needs to regain their image.

It is consistent with both someone who has either sufficiently substantial proof to clear their name once they come out with it, and someone who has no proof at all and is merely stalling.

Interestingly, I could imagine someone in the first situation to do something like this as a social experiment, to see how far people will take this before finally coming up with the proof. Speaking from experience, that is a rather foolish notion. The most true proof, if presented too late will be discarded.
Someone in the second situation is damned either way.

I find this disturbing...

Today Ace's account was taken from him through a similar act of deceptive behaviour.

Ace admitted to the fraud on MSN, however, he did so with quite a lot of regret and it seems to me to be a case of a runaway train and going so far that it was difficult to fix.

Ace will be contacting Cali at the first available opportunity to settle this once and for all, until then, the account will be held on PPT and then vacation. If Ace sorts out his mess with Cali, I will no longer hold any grudges...and I hope that the community can see a scammer that has made good his damage.

Jason has been emailed throughout this process and is aware of what has occured between Ace/Cali.

This is not just a boasting comment, that's not the intention. This is a warning to all scams and a prevailment of justice.

This is now dealt with.

Ace did not come back online and did not repair the damage he has made.

I can confirm, Ace DID scam Calibretto. I saw it typed with my own eyes. I have no regrets regarding this.

I have spoken to Jason and the direction this will be going has been agreed with him. Therefore, this is now closed.

His suspected multi has been put on vacation, at a gamble indefinately or until Ace wants revenge or to scam somebody else.

Remember to ALL people - IF YOU DO A CASH TRADE, YOU HAVE NO SUPPORT OR ABILITY TO COME BACK FROM A POTENTIAL SCAM. ENSURE THAT YOU PUT ENOUGH PROTECTION AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK IF YOU HAVE TO DO IT.

In addition - ASCENDED ACCOUNTS CAN BE RESET TO THE SAME DETAILS AS MAIN.
