A new bug that at a quick glance I haven't seen anyone report yet.

I tried to set The Legion to neutral earlier as after some fun yesterday I had a few war settings, I clicked 'set all relations to neutral' and nothing happened. I have to individually click on each member and set them to neutral to get the neutral setting from them.

Huzzah for the new server and all the problems it has inherited and gained...

Did you change one of them to peace/neutral in the 24 hours before your attempt?

Set several of them to war at around 3pm on Sunday afternoon. At 4pm on Monday afternoon I hit the set all to neutral and the relations remained as 'war'. I manually set the members to neutral one at a time

i cannot replicate this.
if someone has a new instance, give the IDs of you, and the person who is not neutralling (and relationship type , war or peace), as well as time last changed.
