I am curious to know, what is, nowadays, considered to be a good and effective ToC, good attack skill/powers and good Max Natural Energy Capacity?

For 3.6 bil ToC
Energy Attack Power Level from 0 to 1,000 will cost 72,640,095,794,309 Life Force.
Energy Attack Skill from 0 to 1,000 will cost 72,640,095,794,309 Life Force.
Outward Charisma from 0 to 1,000 will cost 72,640,095,794,309 Life Force.
So only 2,178 Quad

More MNEC than Charisma. And 1000/1000/1000 would give 3.87bil TOC according to sgwhun calculator.

mine it's 4.1 bil,with nice 1600 personals,but i know people who have 5 bil+ TOC:)
