I was having 2 bugs for the last 20 days but this one is a new one for me...

i tried opera and google chrome it say no player acct but when i tried on firefox it says nothing and worked fine... why is that????

Turn change; 28 minutes from next turn change, the ranks are calculated.
At the recalculation, there is a 30 seconds lock during which a lot of the ranks are not shown.

It's not a bug. Reload the page and it's gone.

I dont know about the other two but for the top pic... Its been happening to me alot more oftenly when im farming... Seems like the page loads super fast and then its just blank. Same thing when you go to check alliance list sometimes... Also wierd that my last two pages of my war list are now blank like that two (used to be just the first one...) I noticed the page loads super super quick when it does that... Also one more thing but i forgot what it was (intoxicated...)

I have witnessed the first and lattest, related to turn change thing. However, for the second one, I never faced that myself, rather curious that is.

same here mate i am also having same probelms as u r doing..... i am losing so many gud farms due to this **Filtered** so this a bug... and i finally made up my mind to upload it...

30k banned/inactive accounts have been deleted. Everyone who has a farmlist of a few pages lost one or two; some lost a lot more.

At 28 minutes to the next turn change, the ranks are recalculated, and NO ONE will appear in the ranking. There is a window of 30 seconds during which you can see this.

it IS a bug. It can happen in the middle of farming say, the top 400.

It is not not reproducible, ergo, it's an occasional glitch at best. Not a bug. Server configuration does cause a 30 second window during which the ranks appear empty.
It happening during the turn can be a glitch, but it is not a bug. It is neither universal, nor reproducible.

Yes. The 'empty rankings' happens 48 times a day, so you're lucky if you just got it 5 times. At 28 minutes to the next turn change. All calculations are ran; some users cannot login at that exact moment, some see their bank space drop and get scared by an 'overflow' from their banks, to most people the situation presents itself only by the rankings appearing empty. No Naq is leaked, no player is deleted, and no ranking is changed. In short, aside from a temporary discomfort, it is no issue.
That is not a bug, but a logical consequence of the server configuration.

Admin weighed these consequences against the big turn change lag we had earlier.
He locks out one server core at a time, for 30 seconds. This means that the above effects affect some people, with the most people being affected by the ranking appearing empty (simply because that is the page most people have open at any one time).

I dont think I ever really can remember get the blank attack page list ever in 3 years + of playing ... Now it seems like Im getting it alot more than even 5x a day while farming... Im the one who went through my farm list and took off several small player (2m and less...) My farm list didnt bounce back less. The last page has been blank for as long as I can remember, now I have 2 blank pages? Seems like this craps been happening since those server outages (new glitch=bug?)

We moved to a new server. The old server's configuration files were copied over 1:1. That led to the initial glitches (and yes, a few bugs). The changes made to the configuration to make up for the change in setup lead to some of the errors you're seeing now.

So yes, it is relatively new, D3stroyer.

neither can I predict, both I can reproduce... just give it time and a watchful eye...

hence... bug... call them glitches if you want...

same here happens mostly when i got o page 4 on farmlist....

ok -
the 'lock' of the tables is about 30 seconds at turnchange, and will cause a delay when logging in, etc.

it should not cause 30 second disappearance in ranks, should not cause player not to be found on login, etc. If anyone has issues logging in (consistently, not just cause they mistyped password, etc) let me know.

The ranks disappearing is done in 3 to 6 seconds.

I did 'prune' a lot of the old accounts to speed things up, when we were having issues with server crashes. Some of these would be in your relationship lists...I have since cleaned out all relationships with those purged accounts...they're gone, as gone as the accounts are

So - in short, problem of relationships should be gone. Problem of blank ranks should be 3 to 6 seconds. Blank page -- not sure. need examples.
