For all NAQ sellers - enlightenment

Hi,

Watching market for currency when i have time and lately prices droped rapidly without any thinking.
And ask my self if sellers did their math if worth selling NAQ for currency at prices beeing sold.

The math:
  • Let say u use avarage 5 min to farm avarage 2 T
  • Let say u farm at avarage ratio 15 AT / 40 B NAQ
  • Let say u farmed 100 T NAQ to be sold at current ratio 1 T / 0.30 USD

  • Time consumed for 100 T: (100 T / 2 T) * 5 min = 250 min / 60 min = 4.1 H
  • AT consumed for 100 T: 100 T / 40 B = 2500 * 15 = 37.500 AT
  • AT cost for 100 T at ratio 1 T / 1 K: 37,5 T
  • Profit in NAQ ( 100 T - AT cost): 62.5 T
  • Profit in $$$: 18,75 USD
  • Payed per H: 18,75 USD / 4.1 H = 4.5 USD per H

As u can see u may be farming for 4.5 USD per H at current T/$ ratio without counting:
  • How many click u must do to farm 100 T which gives u 62.T out and health of ur hand for clicking alot
  • Electricity and internet bill
  • Night shifts if u do it that way

I just putted out predicted avarage data as i dont know how much u farm and how many time and AT are used, just wanna say do ur self a favor and do the math.

JUST WANNA SAY SPEND UR TIME WISELY AND TAKE CARE FOR UR WELL BEEING

Any comments

The black market rate is 0.71/T

How can you even consider selling for .3
Thats ridiculous... I would sell for atleast .5

If you're in a job which requires your bodily presence but often not your full attention all the time, and you have access to a computer (ie: manning a desk somewhere)...then yeah, it's a great way to bolster your income and spend your time, which you'd only waste checking facebook or playing angry birds.

I didnt say we should rise prices but just wanna point out that current prices are a joke and fair limit should be made that is fair for both trading sides. Market battle is pointless!

I know that few of u are desperate because can sell what u got and in that manor sell it cheaper but maybe isnt problem in ur price but the way u sell it ... :-"

Best of luck to all and don't forget to have fun and take ur wife, family out to diner ;)

You do realise, underneath it all it's actually a game right? not just a way for you to make money?

If you're looking that this purely as a profit\time spent ratio, then get a job

Indeed...I remember having bought 100T naq for $0.4/T three months ago at discount rate compared to normal price of seller ($0.5/T) now it's getting below $0.3/T I saw few selling for $0.25/T??? :smt107

Talk about backfiring.
Good point, Ice, but that kind of analysis doesn't fit a game.

All it takes is one major supplier who simply needs to sell, and who dumps big amounts of cheap Naq on the Market. If 1 person is selling enough naq at a low enough price, the rest will have to follow or lose their customers to the one selling cheap.

Why do you think the prices have 2 digits nowadays? ;)

exactly, 3 days ago I saw, and payed 650bill per Mill uu's, then I said look at the damn uu's out there I don't have to pay that much so I posted for only 550bill, now if others wouldn't have brokered me I would have payed 650 but meh 3 people tried to set broker, and now I have a steady guy at 550 maybe less if I wanted too :), Supply and demand, it's to easy to get naq now a days I hit almost always 50bill and up 3trill-6trill profit per turn change... People won't pay more then they think it's worth, and the game is FLOODED with naq, turns, uu's so why pay real life money for something so easyily attainable?

We are currently having a surplus of Naq/UU no thanks to the free ATs thing. Players dont appreciate the value of ATs the old days anymore, and are trigger happy on any amount of Naq out or UU pool. Dont have to plan or strategize, dont have to wait for the turn to change. Bad move, economy wise.

+1

I couldn't agree more, and not only is it a game, it's a free-to-play game.

I just said this on another thread - resources prices are exorbitant at best. People need to wake up and smell the coffee and stop being foolish enough to pay the prices that keep the market prices how they are.

It ain't rocket science folks.

I like this guy's mentality. I work 12 hour shifts in a lab.....I'm at work right now.

3 guesses why I want to learn this resources for $$ business.
