so today i was trying increase bank size alliance members my bank size didnt increase ive checked has anyone else noticed if this has happened i used 200 trill of bank money

If the cost of your next covert level is the deciding factor in your bank size, buying bank upgrades will not affect your actual bank size.
You can confirm this yourself by checking your own bank size and the cost of your next covert level, and by asking an alliance member with a different bank size (one based on income) to confirm any changes after turn change.
