What is it? Who has it? What's the top 3 most common among the high Cov/AC levels?

39 on both. 3 people have 39 AC and if I remembered everyone 9 people have 39 covert.
You need 37 covert if you want to do anything.

Doesn't really matter whether $$ is used or not, it's just another method of game play, after all countries smuggle arms for wars, which they use currency and drugs to pay for.

Whoever's got lvl 40, that's an awesome achievement. But 50 would be better.

lvl 40 with $$ is not an achievement at all, its a stat.

if you said, someone just farmed 3.2quad naq and bought cov 40 that is an achievement.

I agree it's not an achievement in the typical sense, but game wise it is an achievement or at least a milestone.

I also agree that if someone just farmed 3.2quad naq and bought cov 40 would be an achievement, but then buying the ATs to farm that 3.2quad naq would make it less of an achievement.

But still, i wouldn't say no to having cov lvl 40.

I think achieving level 40 is definitely something special regardless of how it's done. I'd say it's an achievement either way, but much less so if cash was used instead of steady work.
