Just giving some constructive criticism here - try to blend the text more. If I were you I would have set text colour to a shade of grey and then play with layer styles (multiply, overlay, lighter, hue, saturation, exclusion, etc) until I reached desirable blending, or close to it, then I'd start playing with options of certain layer some more (outer shadow, outer glow, etc) and I'd also put the whole text closer together.
The rest of the sig does seem nice
