my naq went to the hand not the bank so I got at[*]tacked for it

If you set the broker and don't have room for all the NAQ in your bank (even just 1 NAQ more than your open bank space) it will, got to have guy giving you NAQ set broker.

As explained above; not a bug.
Take Kikaz' advice next time. When trading for naq, always leave the initiative for the broker with the other party. That also makes it possible for you to accept whenever you're around, eliminating any chances (barring stupidity) of anyone else getting the naq.

For example:
Herp a Derrp Kikaz 1 Naquadah 412,000,000,000,000 Naquadah Oct 21, 2011, 2:52 pm Completed.
He brokered me for 412 trill NAQ for level 37 cov, when I accepted it, it went right into the open and he lost 80t of it before he could even bank it.
However, when I brokered him instead:
Kikaz Herp a Derrp 80,000,000,000,000 Naquadah 1 Naquadah Oct 21, 2011, 3:06 pm Completed.
It goes straight into his bank.
So if you broker someone asking for NAQ, it goes into your on hand NAQ instead of your bank when they accept it.
If they broker you NAQ and you accept it, it goes straight into your bank.
