It wouldn't receive the proper attention. And he has mastered suckyness (or suckiness?) so there is nothing to improve.

Neither word is an actual word (I define actual as inclusion in the Oxford English Dictionary) however 'suckiness' is the preferred adjective of most.
In any case, I digress. As someone has already pointed out, this should have been in the appropriate forum section. That section being mod feedback. Please refrain from inflammatory spam in future.
