Autobanned?

Today, after I've logged in, I got this error or something. --> oops. Merc issues.
And when I tried to log in again, I got this message. --> You are auto-banned for cheating.
And now I cannot log in. Is his a bug or something? I don't understand why.
So please look into it and give an answer or a solution.Tnx.
