in quantum, tha max officers is 10... so? its a bug or what?
Anyways seems like admin did their job, all officers are unranked and only 8k troops LOL

well i think that u can have more then 10, but only first 10 counts from which u get UU-s , and others no

I f you looked at his officers you would see they have never logged on. and that they all have an UP of 1 so the most the guys getting is 17 extra UU wow that mean you get 1 officer with 100UP and you would get the same.
P.S you can get more people as officers if they use your recuiting link.
