For a while. A considerable while actually. What exactly do The Nox do with your Glory and Reputation? Do they cash it at the bank like currency? Do they eat it? Do they use it to power their invisibility cloaking technology?

Ah! Good question...also, "who" decides about giving Glory and Reputation anyway, this RP bit was never developed.

They humble your realms and lower arrogance levels of being in the top 2% of the known universe. A humble person does not care much for their conquests and may forget one or two while in the peaceful company of the nox.
