lol i try to report multis when i find them farming/raiding but jason does jack all about it stop being a tit idc about rules this game is dead lol by saying that doesn't mean ive broken them.

nope he aint broke any rules seeing as he gave his account away..and if he comes back and the owner of the account might re sell it not breaking rules.

Technically it's against the rules, but using the "giving it away" reason might be valid. I'm curious as to how admin will view this.

What other view can he have? If 2 people "shared" an account I could see a valid point on this case, but this is ot sharing.

To be honest, using that wording to try to get around the rules, I doubt it would work. Especially as we all know the context of the "giving away the account" (someone looking after his account until he gets back).

Well, this is not a court of law and there have been many blatant well known violations of actual account sharing and multying and those are still in the game...I think account sharing is when players are actually using an account, not as mentioned here.
