It is possible they got deleted in the most recent cull... however...

so far none others that beat Juliette's but some that close.

Well, Juliette got her hands on Dougy's old ingame account (and Deathshot's forum account), but you'd be hard pressed to find an account older than psi's?!

Perhaps compmage is around then? - but his is vac these days I think

though doubtful a 3 digit account would make my farm list
it somehow seemed like a good place to start looking because of it's wide variety...

And I've seen more but I can't remember the names.

the oldest existing accounts with an alive ascended is ID 4277 followed by 4285 (with ID's in hundred's and thousand's respectively on ascended).
the oldest existing accounts on ascended are ID 16 & 18 with main IDs around 10k.

considered selling like twice, decided it wasn't worth it, because it's worth almost nothing in units/naq. but is worth something for the ID, and the ID alone.
