Registration Problems Unresolved

Two individuals I convinced to register have since not been able to play in the end as the registration process is still broken/not sending an outward confirmation mail.
Please can this be looked at urgently as it means Quantum losing out on new players.

i have the same problem , have been waiting 24 hours now for activation password within the email , i have yet to receive any email

Have you guys checked your junk mailbox? I know its happened to me before and it sent it to my junk/spam folder....

i will try that although i have done the forgot pass about 4 times to see if it was just congestion but still nothing

I don't blame you for losing patience. It would seem that the owners' love for the game has been lost.

a day , understandable , 2 days , ok well could be trouble , 3 days patience slipping , 4 days well is this really worth the wait ??

I'd be pissed off. Actually, I'm a little pissed off already even though it isn't me. Where are these people who claim to have Admin's telephone number when you need them? The issue doesn't only concern Quantum, it is main too. So for all the talk about bringing new blood to the game, there's absolutely no hope of that as the damned email system is broken.

i have sent another email to the support email this time , so ill give it 24 hours , and if nothing well , i may just leave quantum for good ( considering the first era i played was about 8 or so ) been an off and on player depending on the times in life
and atm i want to play , but if it cant get sorted i wont bother again

me too , i just hope that when and if it does work people dont treat me like someone new hahaha
ok a bit of help in a new era , ok yeah thats fine , but in my past i have had people try to give me tutorials on how to play , when i show them i can play better than some already
