What kind of bug is that? I have not seen anything like this before. And what are the implications on that account? Is that a negation of a negation (doesn't lose bonuses) or a two times negation (loses bonuses 2 times)?

Long time bug - just a naming bug that Jason has never gotten around to fixing.
