Gents a narb, and he went and made his race into a Goa'uld, descending himself from LG + 2.
When he goes to re-ascend, will he become
A) LG + 2
B) LG + 3
C) Prior
? If someone would point me in the right direction, I'd be much obliged.

Not to question your sexiness that is all knowing but I'm pretty sure I did the same thing and just ascended and it went back to the next highest ascension aw well could be wrong that was years ago

each race, though, has THE SAME bonus. changing it is pointless.
IF you change to one of the IN CAP WARNING 'NON ASCENDED RACE' types , yes, you become non-ascended.
reascending will take you to where you were....(as if you never unascended...)
maybe i will do a fixup and make just one 'ascended' bonus (or none, since by virtue of seeing it you have it....) so changing will unascend you ...daimon works that way now, so not hard to update i guess.
and the only thing that is 'free for now' is the NAME or LABEL on your race. all other changes take one race change point.
