Oh this sounds like a good idea!

I have to renew my ID card though if I want to come, which I will. So, out of obvious fact I'd need to get £ currency, is there anything more required than a EU-valid ID card? No need for international passports?
I'm sorry I never moved outside of EU-Shengen zone. 8-[

Nothing more required Jim. You can actually spend Euro in one or two places in Manchester. One I know of is Hard Rock Cafe. My best advise for you would be to convert your French naquadah to the value of £100 say and just utilize a credit/debit card where you can. Keep the cash for any emergency.

Anyway, count me in.

I believe me and Duderanch have said we will attend something like this if it is organized properly. See that it is!
