Up for sale for anyone wishing to make a late start. The UP is still consistent with the better ones (who haven't cheated). Army size is over 4m, over 1k turns on the account. Pretty decent covert. One name change. Minimal stats so primed for growth.

8-9m armies are of those who are active and play smart (little stats, lots of UP), cheat free.
But Q accounts dont really sell unless youve played for years and have a much larger bank then average I suppose...
