Been autobanned for unknown reason. Just messaged support staff.

I don't know id due to the not foreseeing it thing and all...
But I know I followed all the rules, so the ban doesn't make sense to me.

It is likely an autoban for having negative naq/uu or something that wasn't your fault. Email the support crew, they should be able to help you in a few days.

Make sure you give support your ID.
