View Active Topics lacking Debate Section

I noticed this tonight. When looking through recent topics/posts using the "View active topics" option, recent posts made in the Debate portion of the forum are not on the list.
For instance:
[spoiler]On the Board Index page it shows this.
But Active topics does not have it at the forum time recorded. I could not find it elsewhere in the list, either.
