"You refuse to touch those facing expulsion - who knows that they may be carrying..."

When I attempt to steal a planet from ID 1986848 aka V0LT I get this message, however, I know that this user is fully able to steal planets.

I have tried this on all of his planets and tried normal standard attacks and sabotage is the only attack that has any success.

I do not know if it is related, but he is also on 60 day protection on ascended.

I have no idea what you are talking about , I don`t play ascended server any more , been very long time since I played there .

I am dealing with another issue regarding him and some one els , I hope to resolve that ASAP so I can deal with what ever problem you are having with him . If you can pm me all tha details it would be greate thank you

Just for confirmation, this is to do with planets in main. His normal standard planets which should be takable...but are obviously not. I also believe that you get this message when you are banned...

So it looks like a failed ban basically...

Well it is the first for me to hear about this bug and I am thankfull you got it to my attention , I have other issue regarding him about a massing and stealing of planet(s) , so i have booted him out of the alliance as he has failed to respond to my msg`s to him regarding BOTH matters , so now I will leave it in the hands of the admin to sort out and plesae post the findings here admin Jason .

Since id 1986848 is the person that attacked and massed me recently over an hour w/ less than a minute in between attacks I will put this request here.

I REQUEST that the recent attacks/ war be checked for being on the up & up. I find it hard to believe that I started sabb'ing him on 12/21 and very shortly got this msg: "You refuse to touch those facing expulsion - who knows that they may be carrying..." And yet on the 23rd he attacked me for such an extended period of time w/ no hitch. Plus, he has successfully stolen 2 planets from me and yet nobody has been able to take any planets from him. I have also seen him be @ 0 naq even on the turn roll over on numerous different occasions.

Sorry to burst your bubble but I just heard someone did take a planet from him just now as they were testing it. So you are wrong that no-one has been able to take planets from him.

I'm waiting for the pic and you will have it soon. And it may not explain why others haven't been able to take planets but it does wipe accusations that no-one can take planets.

Not really, I could do that in paint. Still warrants a quick investigation by admin to check the status of the account.
